About Us

The Endeavor Legal Nursing team consists of veteran registered nurses and nurse practitioners, all with extensive experience in providing effective legal nurse consultant services. We specialize in defending the nursing care provided in nursing homes that are involved in legal litigation. Our services include reviewing medical records to identify any breaches in standards of care and determining whether the facility complies with all state and federal regulations governing resident care and safety.

We are excited to announce our newest service of providing in-person educational workshops at nursing home facilities. These workshops are designed to reinforce nursing skills based on the most common care deficiencies identified during medical record reviews, supported by state and federal regulations, as well as the guidelines outlined by the governing state nurse practice act.
